Insight Dashboards: Client Activity Overview

The Client Activity Overview dashboard helps you and your team stay up-to-date on work carried out for your clients.

In Hubly, the Client Activity Overview dashboard:

  • Summarizes workflows completed, archived, and in progress

  • Helps convey the work you’ve completed, and therefore value added, for a client

  • Provides an easy way to give clients a status update on work in progress

The Client Activity Overview dashboard is a tool to help your team stay up-to-date on work carried out for your clients. This dashboard shows, for any or all clients, three key data points:

  • The number of Workflows completed

  • The number of Workflows archived

  • The number of Workflows in progress

It also includes 2 important visualizations:

  • A stacked bar graph breaking down workflows completed, by created date

  • A bar graph illustrating the percentage of complete and incomplete tasks for each in-progress workflow

Workflows Completed

This visualization may be best used to highlight to a client the services you have provided to them over a certain period of time. For example, filtering the dashboard to a year to date time frame for a specific client will show you which Workflows you completed for that client:

Workflows in Progress - Tasks

Workflows in Progress displays, based on the filtering parameters, what percentage of tasks are complete and incomplete for a specific workflow. This is an especially useful visualization if you are trying to determine how far along you are in a specific process, or if a client needs a status update:

You could tell your client “your account opening is 100% complete, your IRA rollover is 75% complete, and your beneficiary updates are 45% complete”. Your clients may be more engaged when they receive progress reports with detailed data.
