User Permissions can be configured in Hubly to:
Prevent unintentional editing of Workflows, Processes, and View settings
Preserve the client service record by disallowing Workflow record deletion from the Client Card
In Hubly, an admin user can manage the permissions of users through the Hub Settings Page:
From the User Information table, select “Edit User Information” for a specific user in your Hub:
Next, select “User” from the Permissions menu:
Users with restricted permissions cannot:
Manage other users’ admin permissions
Edit settings of most Workflows*
Edit settings of Processes or Views
Manage User Roles & Service Teams
Create new or edit the names of existing Important Client Dates
Create new or edit the names of existing Client Meeting types
Delete Clients from Workflows
Manage Hub Settings
*All users will be able to create and configure new Workflows, of which they will be made an Editor.
Users who do not have Admin permissions in your Hub will still be able to see a read-only view of any Workflow’s settings:
Non-admin users can still be added as an Editor to any Workflow, which would allow them to edit that Workflow’s settings — learn more about adding Editors.
