It's really easy in Hubly to reorder your Workflows and Processes.

To move a Workflow within a Process, go straight to your Workflow Menu. Click the dropdown arrow next to the number of Workflows in the Process, then use the grip lines to drag and drop the Workflows into the order that you need!

You can also do this with your standalone Workflows within your Workflow menu.

Never lose track of your Workflows again!
