Assigning Workflows and Tasks to Household Members

Keep a record of which workflows and tasks need to be completed for which members of a client's household in Hubly.

When a client is part of a household, Hubly allows you to:

  • Choose which member(s) of a household to add to a workflow

  • Specify which tasks within a workflow need to be completed for different members of a client's household

Adding To Workflows

In Hubly, you can add any member of the household into a workflow by using the + Add Client(s) search field:

When a non-household head is selected, Hubly will give you the option to add the head of the household in their place:

For simplicity of record keeping, we always recommend adding the household head to workflows unless the workflow is for a service or review specific to another member.

Indicating on Tasks

When steps within a workflow apply to other members of a client's household, Hubly lets you add an indicator for the household member using the Task Details menu on those tasks:

From there you can indicate which member of the client's household a specific task is for and select Save:

An indicator will appear in-line with the task displaying the household member, which will be included in the client service record kept by Hubly for this task:
