Using workflows to create new copies of files/templates for clients

Use workflow attachments to create new copies of files for your clients.

Workflow attachments allow you to:

  • Upload files (such as worksheets and templates) that are used in a workflow

  • Automatically create new copies of these files when clients are added to the workflow

You'll find workflow attachments by selecting Edit Workflow from the workflow menu:

There you can select whether that attachment should be added to existing clients already in that workflow today, or only clients who will be added in the future:

You can select add attachment to find a file to upload:

Now when a client is added to this workflow, a new copy of this file will be created and added to their client card:
