Updated today

Released: April 2026 — Currently in beta. To request access, please submit a request via our Canny roadmap or contact our support team through chat or at support@myhubly.com.

We’re excited to introduce Work Desk (formerly Client Card) — a completely reimagined experience designed to help you manage workflows, complete tasks faster, and reduce context switching across your day.

Work Desk introduces a new concept called a Work Session, allowing you to focus on prioritized work in a structured and intuitive way.

Start a Work Session

Most users begin their day in Views, where workflows are typically accessed client by client.

With Work Desk, you can now click “Load Work Session” to launch a new experience that organizes your work for you.

  • This feature is currently in beta

  • If you don’t see it yet, please reach out to our team for access

  • A Work Session creates a focused environment to complete tasks efficiently

Client Queue

The Client Queue is the core driver of Work Desk and appears on the left-hand side.

It automatically prioritizes your work based on:

  • Workflow age (older workflows surface higher)

  • Overdue reminders

  • Number of clients in a workflow

Key behaviours:

  • Work is grouped by workflow

  • You can expand/collapse workflows

  • The queue updates automatically as tasks are completed

  • New clients entering workflows will appear dynamically

This allows you to move through similar work in batches and stay focused.

Forms

When a task requires input, Forms will appear automatically in the right panel.

  • Complete the required fields

  • Submit the form

  • The task will be marked complete

  • The queue will update accordingly

This creates a seamless workflow from task → form → completion.

Task Details & SOPs

Each task includes a Task Details section to guide execution.

Here you can:

  • View instructions for completing the task

  • Access embedded training videos

  • Follow standardized processes (SOPs)

This is especially helpful for:

  • New team members

  • Complex or less frequent workflows

Navigating Client & Workflow Data

Within Work Desk, you can easily access full client context:

  • View notes and CRM history

  • Review completed workflows via client timeline

  • Toggle between active workflows

  • Access household, contact, and team information

This ensures you always have the context needed to complete work efficiently.

Closing a Work Session

At any time, you can:

  • Exit the Work Desk

  • Return to your standard dashboard or Views

  • Continue using the legacy Client Card (during beta)

Work Desk is designed to complement your current workflow during the beta phase.

Feedback During Beta

Your feedback is critical as we continue to improve Work Desk.

  • Share feedback, suggestions, and issues

  • Help shape the future of this experience
