Users and Administrators

How to add more logins to your Hub and the permissions they can have

Overview

To view the Users and Administrators listed in your Hub, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of your Hub, then click on 'Settings':

Here your Users and Administrators will be listed below, and you can sort the list, as well:

Click on the horizontal dots on the User / Administrator's line to perform maintenance. Here, you can update a User's Information, Enable / Disable Insights Reports for a single login, Bulk Reassign Tasks, or Replace the User:

Scroll to the bottom of the Users list to add a new User using 'Invite Users':

In the 'Invite Users' domain, you can enter the information of the User / Administrator you'd like to add:

With the 'Invite Now' option toggled off, the new Users / Administrators can be created on the Hub without sending an invitation link to the person in question. This can allow Administrators time to build workflows, assign roles, and assign tasks ahead of time.

Please note subscription costs are not affected by the added User/Administrator until their invitation is sent.

When you are ready to invite the new User / Administrator, the Billing Contact of your Hub can navigate here, click 'Invite Users', and send invitations to the added Users/Administrators. This action will update your subscription costs depending on the plan your Hub is on.

Billing Contact

Your Billing Contact is a single Administrator who can update the payment information on file for the Hub, as well as invite new Users / Administrators.

You can view your Billing Contact in Settings > Account Settings:

More information on the Billing Contact and payment options can be found here.
