How to Navigate Work Desk

Work Desk is organized into three panels that work together to keep everything you need in one place. Here's how to move around.

The Three-Panel Layout

Left — Client Queue

Your prioritized list of assigned work. Click any client tile to load their workflow in the main panel.

Center — Main Workspace

The primary working area. This is where you complete tasks, view workflow progress, read notes, and access client history. Four tabs sit at the top:

  • Workflow — the default view; shows the active workflow and task list for the selected client

  • Workflow Timeline - timeline of completed and active workflows for selected client

  • Notes — all notes for this client, filterable by type

  • History — activity history (coming soon)

  • Attachments — client file attachments (coming soon)

Right — Details Panel

A sliding panel that appears when you open a task, fill out a form, or view client details. It keeps supporting information visible without replacing what you're working on. Close it at any time using the × button.

Common Navigation Actions

  • Open a client's workflow — click their tile in the Client Queue

  • Open task details — click "See Details" on any task; the right panel slides open

  • Open a form — click into a form task; the form loads in the right panel

  • View client details — click the View Details button in the client banner at the top of the main panel

  • Close the right panel — click the × in the top corner of the panel

On smaller screens: The Client Queue collapses automatically to give the main workspace more room. You can still access the queue to switch clients.
