How to View Client Details and CRM Information
Every client in Work Desk comes with full context — no tab switching, no searching your CRM. Everything you need to know about a client is one click away.
Opening Client Details
At the top of the main workspace, you'll see the client's name, streams, and tags. Click the View Details button to open the Client Details panel on the right side of the screen.
What's Inside Client Details
The panel is organized into sections:
Family Members — spouse, dependents, and household relationships
Contact Information — email, phone, and mailing address
Meeting Dates — next scheduled meeting and meeting frequency
Service Team — the advisor and team members assigned to this client
Important Client Dates — birthdays, anniversaries, and custom dates
Tags — labels applied to the client
Streams — the segments or categories this client belongs to
Sections marked with a sync icon pull data directly from your CRM (Wealthbox or Redtail) and update automatically after each nightly sync.
Opening the Client in Your CRM
At the top of the Client Details panel, you'll see a Wealthbox CRM or Redtail CRM button. Click it to open that client's full CRM record in a new tab.
Important: CRM data shown in Work Desk is read-only. To update contact information, family details, or meeting dates, make changes in your CRM directly — they'll appear in Hubly after the next nightly sync.
