What's Not Yet Available in Work Desk (Beta)
Work Desk is still in beta, so a handful of things you're used to in the classic Client Card aren't available there yet. This article lists what to expect and where to go instead — nothing described here is a bug, and your classic Client Card is always available side by side with Work Desk.
How to switch to the classic Client Card without losing your place
You don't need to fully exit your Work Session to use the classic Client Card:
Use the search menu to open the client profile you need directly.
Do what you need to do in the classic Client Card.
Close it — your Work Desk session stays open in the background, right where you left it.
Currently only available in the classic Client Card

Viewing scheduled/future workflows | The classic Client Card's timeline shows upcoming and conditional workflows; Work Desk's timeline currently shows history only |

Editing Task Details
Task Details are intentionally not editable within Work Desk. Task Details are designed to be your team's standing SOP reference for a task (including embedded training videos), while Notes are the place for day-to-day comments, context, and collaboration. If you need to update a Task Details field, this is currently only possible from workflow template settings, not from an individual client's task.
Have feedback on any of this?
We're actively building toward parity with the classic Client Card, and your input shapes what we prioritize next. Share feedback, bug reports, or feature requests on our feedback board.
