This guide will walk you through the steps of creating, sharing, monitoring, tracking, and installing shared processes in Hubly.

Design a new, shareable process in Hubly, or choose one you’ve already refined. Processes can be shared with both existing Hubly users in your network and prospective clients who are new to Hubly.

Sharing is easy—simply select a process from the workflow menu or go to the sharing options in your account settings. Enter the email of the person you want to share it with, and Hubly will handle the rest.

Keep track of the processes you’ve shared and view their status. Navigate to the "Shared Resources" section of your account settings to see who has installed your workflows.

When someone shares their Hubly process with you, you’ll receive an email notification. If you’re a new user, the email will invite you to start a 30-day free trial. Existing Hubly users can access the shared workflows by navigating to "Manage Resources" in their account settings.
