Team Functionality

Teams have loved the ability to collaborate in realtime and manage client progress with everyone across their firm.

Assigning Workflows To Users In Hubly

As we continue to improve your team's experience, we are excited to announce that users can now be assigned to workflows in addition to individual tasks.

A New Look For Tasks

Your productivity is important to us. That's why we've redesigned workflow tasks with an interface that works the way that you do.

A New Look For Tasks In Hubly

So whether you are adding a reminder, email template, and a description, or just looking to jot down a quick to-do, the new task-line lets you get the job done faster.

A Better Way To Manage Tags

Tags have helped Hubly users create powerful, time-saving workflow rules to automate the most tedious parts of their administrative work.

Manage Tags Faster With Hubly

The new Tag Manager lets you quickly manage your entire list of tags with a familiar, easy-to-use interface.

Support For A New CRM

Helping advisors get up and running faster while reducing data re-entry tasks is a top priority for our team at Hubly. That is why we are excited to announce a direct integration with a market-leading CRM.

Once connected, clients will be sync'd automatically with your Hubly account. Notes, dates, families and tags configured in your CRM will also appear in Hubly and any changes will update automatically or can be sync'd manually from within your Hub.

This new integration is in Beta and will be announced publicly in September 2020.
