Configurable Client Dates

Many advisors rely on Hubly when it comes to planning and managing client projects. Now with configurable client dates, Hubly makes it easier than ever to identify engagement opportunities and build powerful workflow rules against specific client dates.

Still located along the right side of the client card, client dates can now be configured by selecting the settings wheel.

Client dates can be re-ordered by dragging and dropping on the drip lines to the left of each date's icon.

Client dates above the show more line will be featured prominently on the client, and dates with a blue bolt will be synced with your CRM.

Dates can be hidden (disabled) from the client card by toggling the visibility icon on the right side. Previous records for hidden dates are still stored.

A custom client date can be created by using the add button at the bottom of the list.

You can select a custom icon and we recommend giving the date a short name. Here are some recommended custom dates that you can use to trigger common reviews and touch-points for ongoing and hourly clients:

  • Financial Plan - The date of the last financial plan review

  • Estate - The date of the last estate plan review

  • P&C - The date of the last Property & Casualty policy review

  • Term Life - The term date of a client's term life policy

  • Mortgage - The date of the next mortgage renewal/refinancing opportunity

  • Retirement - The anticipated or actual retirement date for a client

You can create important date rules in corresponding workflows to bring clients to your attention when it comes time for a review or an email/call touch-point.

See Your Active Workflows

This will be your new favorite way to start the day. Hit the ground running with the new Show Active button in your menu of workflows.

The Show Active button makes seeing all that's being worked on just a click away. Head into the filters menu to filter out client tiles and focus on just the clients you need to be working on.

Quick Tip: Try filtering your Hub by user and reminder status to see exactly which client workflows are trying to catch your attention!

Hubly now makes it easy to see what you were working on for a client, in addition to already being able to plan what you need to be working on next.

When a client is moved to a next workflow, the previous workflow will now be displayed in the client card.

Smart Skipping For Scheduled Workflows

Hubly will no longer move clients to a next workflow when it is scheduled to a start date. Instead when a current workflow completes, scheduled workflows will remain within the client card and you will be given the option to move clients into any remaining unscheduled next workflows.
