The Next Workflow Not Started dashboard is a tool to help your team make sure clients aren’t getting stuck at certain points in a process. This bottleneck spotter displays, in a list view, clients who have completed a workflow but have not yet been sent to the corresponding Next Workflow:
For example, you may find that after a workflow related to kicking off tax season was completed, a client was never moved to the next workflow in that process, which is collecting relevant tax documents:
By surfacing this data, you and members of your firm can click on the Workflow Name, view the corresponding Client Card, and move that client to the Next Workflow in the process:
This ensures all processes are proceeding as planned, and will cut down on clients emailing or calling your office asking, “Why has it been so long since I last heard about my tax documents?”
