Do you use custom dates in Hubly and wonder if someone does not have a recorded Estate Review date? Maybe you are looking for clients that are part of your Active Client stream and missing a Portfolio Review date.

This report allows you to answer the questions above. You are also able to filter not just date ranges, but also dates that occur in a specific month. For example, which clients are having birthdays or anniversaries this month.

Filtering for dates and events

While there are many important dates, the way you may want to filter will vary depending on what you’re looking at.

Filtering for specific dates or range of dates

For example, there may have been an estate law change this month. You may want to see how many customers had an estate review 6 months ago so you can reach out to them. In this case, you would use the Date (Specific Date or Range) filter to look for Estate Reviews that occurred in the last 6 months.

Filtering for monthly events

For birthdays and anniversaries, it’s not the year that matters, but the month they occur. For these situations, you would use the Month Filter.
