We are excited to announce an update to our pricing structure to help you unleash the power of effortless financial advisory.

Dear Hubly Customer,

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer obsession, we are excited to announce an update to our pricing structure, and Insights Trial functionality with more options to help you unleash the power of effortless financial advisory.

Current Hubly customers will have several choices as it relates to these new packages — opt into a new plan right away if it benefits you, wait until your renewal to opt in, or postpone your decision for up to a year.

What to Expect

Starting November 7, 2023, we will be replacing our current, one-size-fits-all pricing with three new packages: Essential, Business and Scale:

Below is the listed monthly price for an annual subscription - see pricing page for pricing on monthly subscriptions packages.

Each package is tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse customer base, ensuring that all our customers can access features and services that align with their business goals.

How This Might Affect You

We understand that changes to pricing can raise questions, and we want to assure you that our primary goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. The impact on your current plan will depend on the specific features and services you are currently utilizing. You may find that the new packages offer additional benefits and features that align more closely with your evolving needs.

Here are a couple of scenarios where changing your package could make sense:

I am subscribed to a subscription support package (Building or Scaling).

Support and consulting services are included in our new packages as part of the subscription fee per user. In order to continue accessing the level of support that you require, you will need to transition to the new package model. This transition will only come into effect when your support package subscription expires.

Alternatively, there is always the option to downgrade to our basic support (i.e. support via chat and email) and stay with your existing subscription fee per user.

I have a few Insights Dashboard seats but would like more.

The trial for the existing Insights Dashboard seats you have has been extended until July 1, 2024. At that time, if you would like to maintain access to this feature you will need to transition onto the new Business or Scale tier. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to extend additional Insight Dashboard seats for free.

I want more services and support from Hubly’s team of workflow consultants.

This is great news, and we would love to deepen our relationship with you! We are excited to offer many options here, from upgrading to the Business or Scale package.

I am not utilizing the CRM integration and would like to downgrade to the Essentials Package.

If you are not utilizing Hubly's CRM integration and would like to downgrade to the Essential package to save some money, please reach out to support@myhubly.com.

I want nothing to do with these changes and I am too busy to even think about it.

In most cases, these changes will benefit your firm and provide additional value. However, we also understand that running your business is complicated and sometimes you just don’t have the capacity to deal with this. We will not be making automatic changes to any existing customer accounts and will be gracious in our communication and provide you with options to extend your existing subscription for up to a year following your next renewal.

Q: How will my current plan be affected?

A: The impact on your current plan will vary based on your specific features and services. We encourage you to review the details of the new packages to see how they align with your current usage and future goals. In all cases, reach out to support@myhubly.com if you are confused.

Q: Will my pricing increase?

A: Pricing changes will depend on your firm's unique needs. Our goal is to offer more flexibility and options, ensuring you get the best value for your investment. In the long run, it is our goal to transition all existing customers into one of these new packages, likely one year from your firm's upcoming renewal, at the latest.

Q: Do I need to take any action?

A: No immediate action is required. Your current plan will remain unchanged until your next billing cycle. Closer to that date, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to transition to a new plan if you choose to do so.
