Sync and Unsync CRM Roles

Guide on how to sync and unsync CRM roles with your CRM integration.

This feature is limited to the Scale plan.

You can simply sync and unsync CRM roles by following these steps:

Visit the setting page

Navigate to service teams to sync and unsync CRM roles.

Synced CRM roles are indicated with the Red icon for Redtail CRM users and a blue icon for Wealthbox CRM users.

You can then click on Manage User Roles:

In this window you will click on the drop down next to the specific role to decide if you want to unsync or sync.
