 Insight Dashboards is available in Hubly's "Business" and "Scale" packages

Access to Insight Dashboards is enabled on a per-user basis. As an admin user, go to your Users list in Hub Settings:

A column labelled Insights shows which users currently have Insight Dashboards enabled. Click on the ellipsis menu for any user without Insight Dashboards currently enabled and select Enable Insights:

A confirmation modal will appear, allowing you to confirm that you’d like to use one of your remaining Insight Dashboard user licenses:

Clicking Enable will turn on Insight Dashboards for this user:

Once you’ve used up all your available Insight Dashboard user licenses, the modal will not allow enabling for any more users. You can disable Insight Dashboards for one user to free up a license and enable them for another:

For any user with Insight Dashboards currently enabled, selecting Disable Insights will revoke access for that user:

Please note: if you disable Insight Dashboards for a user with <a href="http://help.myhubly.com/en/articles/12098911" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">scheduled content</a> you will also disable the scheduled content. If you disable Insight Dashboards for a user with <a href="http://help.myhubly.com/en/articles/12098921" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">alerts set</a>, you will also disable the alerts. Re-enabling Insight Dashboards for a user with previously scheduled content or alerts will also re-enable previously scheduled content or alerts.
