Task Reminders let you:

You can add a reminder to any task of a workflow that a client is currently in by navigating to that workflow in the client card:

You can also open the client card directly to that workflow by selecting the client tile in your Hub:

Then you can select the bell icon in-line with a task in the workflow:

You can choose a date and time to be alerted about the task:

Selecting Add will add the reminder for that task:

The task reminder also appears under the Upcoming Reminders section at the top of the client card:

You can reschedule the reminder, complete the associated task, or dismiss the reminder from the reminder menu:

You can also add a second reminder to a task by selecting the in-line reminder icon once again:

Task reminders can be previewed by hovering over the bell icon on the client tile:

All reminders can be viewed and managed from the Hub Feed along the right side of your Hub:

A workflow's progress bar will be green when no reminders are overdue or due today for tasks in that workflow. The progress bar will change to yellow when an upcoming task reminder is due within the next 12 hours, and red when a task reminder is overdue.
