Task reminders on workflows allow you to:

  • Set reminders for tasks to come due immediately when a client is added to the workflow

  • Set reminders for tasks to come due a specific time after when a client is added to the workflow

  • Set reminders for tasks to come due after the proceeding task is completed

You can set a reminder for any task in a workflow by navigating to Edit Workflow in a workflow menu in your Hub:

There you can select the bell icon in-line with a task in the workflow:

You can select whether the task reminder should trigger immediately or a specific time after a client is added to the workflow:

Select Add to save the reminder configuration for that task:

Now whenever a client is added to the workflow, a reminder will be scheduled for the specified task.

To enable sequential reminders, follow the instructions here.
