The Workflows Overview section in the Client Card lets you:
See and toggle between the workflows that a client is currently in
Specify which workflows a client should flow to next
Schedule future reviews and services to match the client's needs
You can find the Workflows Overview section mid-way up the right side of the Client Card:
There you can see which workflows are active and upcoming:
You can select active workflows to quickly toggle visible tasks in the main Workflow section of the client card.
Next workflows can be specified by selecting + Add Next Workflow, scheduled to start on a specific date using Add Start Date, and configured with a custom Task:
Whether you're preparing for a meeting or planning to begin a future review for a client on a specific date, Next Workflows let you sleep easy knowing that nothing is falling through the cracks.
Create New Workflows From Within The Client Card
You can also choose to use the Next Workflow functionality to help you look-up and create new workflows if they don't yet exist in your Hub.
Whether you're documenting follow-up tasks for a client check-in or scheduling a specific review activity for next year, the right workflow is now always just a click away!
The add to workflow menu in the client card allows you to create a workflow and add the client to it immediately without needing to close the client card.
This way you can continue to work uninterrupted, knowing that this client's needs will not be forgotten. You can find and can configure these workflows with default task lists later through the Workflows menu at the top of your Hub.
When is it a good idea to create a workflow? Start by asking yourself whether that activity applies to more than one client. Activities that will be repeated and/or are multi-step deserve their own workflow. Not only will it make it easier to track progress and delegate work, but the record for that activity will also appear more prominently in that client's card.
