Adding Quick Notes on Clients and Workflow Tasks

The Comments section lets you jot down client notes which sync right into your CRM

The Comments section in a client card lets you:

  • Quickly record notes on meetings, workflow tasks, and other information for you and your team to stay on the same page

  • View/edit a complete record of past Comments created in the Client Card or pulled in from the client's notes within your CRM

In Hubly, you can add a Comment by selecting the Add button on the Client Card:

Comments can be formatted with rich text or pasted in:

Comments will be added as Notes to the client's CRM profile if your Hubly account is connected to an external CRM.

You can view and edit any edit existing CRM notes as Comments, listed chronologically in the Client Card.
