Use the Workflows menu and Filters to:
See an overview of all of your firm’s active workflows
See the progress that your team is making their work
See what you need to be working on by filtering out the clients that don’t have any tasks assigned to you
See what urgently needs your attention by filtering out task reminders that are not overdue or coming due today
You can get started by selecting the Clear All button at the top left of your Hub:
Now you can open the Workflows menu and select Show Active to display all of the active workflows in your Hub:
You can close the menu and scroll through your Hub (by using your mouse, the arrow keys on your keyboard, or the scroll bar at the bottom of your screen) to review all of the clients that are being worked on and the progress that is being made:
Did you know: You can adjust the level of detail that you see in client tiles. More tasks, no stream? No big deal — just select Edit Tile from a workflow’s menu.
Use the Filters menu at the top of your Hub to filter out clients that you do not need to see:
You can filter by User to see what they’re working on:
You can filter by Reminder Status to see which clients have workflow tasks coming due:
You can also filter by Stream and/or Tag to see work being done for a specific category of clients:
You can Hide workflows with no clients to see a more focused view of your Hub by hiding workflows with all clients filtered out:
To start fresh, just select the Clear All button at the top of your Hub to return to an empty state.
