Hubly’s Conditional and Automated Next Workflows feature, available exclusively on the Business and Scale plans:

  • Business Plan: Includes 5 conditional next workflows.

  • Scale Plan: Provides unlimited automation capabilities.

This powerful feature allows you to further standardize and scale your client experience by automatically assigning next workflows based on defined form conditions. It builds on the forms and conditional logic that you’re already familiar with, making it intuitive to use.

How It Works

To fully utilize this feature, you’ll need to:

  1. Set Up a Task Form: Create a task form with appropriate conditions in your workflow.

  2. Leverage Conditional Logic: Use conditional logic to automate workflow actions.

Use Case Example

Imagine you have an account opening workflow. The advisor provides instructions to the back-office team on the type of account to open and the type of transfer (e.g., ACAT, Wire). Based on the selected transfer type, the system will automatically kick off the appropriate next workflow.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Set Up a Task Form with Conditions: Define the conditions for transfer types (e.g., ACAT or Wire).

  2. Configure Conditional Logic for Next Workflow: Add a condition to the workflow using the task form. Configure it to trigger the appropriate next workflow.

  3. Add Client and Monitor Workflow Progress:

    • Add the client to the workflow.

    • View conditions on the right-hand side of the client card.

    • Once conditions are met, the system will automatically launch the next workflow.

Best Practices

  • Key Use Cases: Use this feature for Money Movement Workflows, Prospecting, Onboarding, and more.

  • Reduce Manual Work: Eliminate the need to manually move clients to the next workflow by setting up automated conditions.

  • Set Up Automatic Transitions: If you want all clients to move to the next workflow automatically, configure a condition to trigger the transition seamlessly

You can learn more about using this functionality to allow you to automatically trigger the next workflow when you click the Mark Complete button.
