The Tags section in a Client Card lets you:

  • Simplify how your team handles important, client-specific information

  • Track a client's account types, products, meeting frequency/months, timezones, insurance products, and holdings - helping you and your team stay on the same page

You can find the Tags section at the bottom right of the Client Card:

There you can select the + Add button to select from a list of existing tags:

You can also create a new Tag by typing the name into the search field and selecting the + Create option:

You can edit the tag or remove the client from the options menu:

Tags will be added to the client's CRM profile if your Hubly account is connected to an external CRM.
