A New Way To Quickly Create Workflows & Household Members
We know how annoying frequent little interruptions can be when you're trying to get things done. That's why we aim to help you create the opportunity for uninterrupted bouts of productivity in Hubly.
We've introduced task links to show you exactly where you need to look or go when completing a task, and email templates to help you keep your frequently used emails at your fingertips.
Create New Workflows From Within The Client Card
Today we've updated the Next Workflow functionality to help you look-up and create new workflows if they don't yet exist in your Hub.
Whether you're documenting follow-up tasks for a client check-in or scheduling a specific review activity for next year, the right workflow is now always just a click away!
We have also updated the add to workflow menu in the client card, allowing you to create a workflow and add the client to it immediately without needing to close the client card.
This way you can continue to work uninterrupted, knowing that this client's needs will not be forgotten. You can find and can configure these workflows with default task lists later through the Workflows menu at the top of your Hub.
When is it a good idea to create a workflow? Start by asking yourself whether that activity applies to more than one client. Activities that will be repeated and/or are multi-step deserve their own workflow. Not only will it make it easier to track progress and delegate work, but the record for that activity will also appear more prominently in that client's card.
Create New Clients From The Household Manager
We have also updated the manage household window (not currently supported for Redtail CRM users) allowing you to look-up and create new clients if they don't yet exist in your CRM.
Households can now be assembled even more quickly by simply typing to search for a client profile and selecting + Create when no existing client is found. You can then assign a household role and select Save to add them into the household.
Clients created in Hubly are also created immediately in your CRM.
CRM Sync Enhancements
While Hubly helps you coordinate work and ensure that nothing gets missed, we know that your CRM helps you create a thorough record of client service.
Workflow Completion Record
Maintaining that record just became a lot easier with our newest improvement to Hubly's integration with Wealthbox and Redtail CRM.
When enabled in the Integrations Settings page (follow the link to enable in your Hub), Hubly will create a Client Note in your CRM once a workflow is completed in Hubly.
Users can now quickly review workflow completion records in their CRM and seamlessly navigate directly to the linked workflow and client in Hubly.
Trusts & Companies
Trusts and Companies are now included in the two-way sync for all Wealthbox CRM and Redtail CRM connected accounts.
These newly supported contact record types will now be available to be added into workflows as well as categorized into Streams and Tags.
CRM Notes will also appear as Comments and can be created in the Client Card for these Trusts and Companies.
Prefixes & Suffixes
Prefixes and Suffixes will now be displayed alongside client names in the search menus, as well as on the Client Tiles and in the Client Card.
These name fields will now be included in the two-way sync for all Wealthbox CRM and Redtail CRM connected accounts.
Other Small Improvements & Bug Fixes
This release also introduces additional small improvements and fixes for issues, including a new quick copy function for task descriptions.
This was a popular request for advisors storing a template for their meeting notes as a description that can quickly be pasted into a new comment during or after a client meeting or call.
