Bookmark Important Links Right Into Your Workflow Tasks

Links make it easy to manage an overflowing software suite, showing you exactly where you need to look when completing a Task.

Links on Workflow Tasks let you:

  • Keep your software tools exactly one click away, letting you jump right into the app that you need to get the job done

  • Bookmark helpful screen-caps, flowcharts, spreadsheets, or other resources that guide your team through a complicated workflow step

In Hubly, you can add a link to a Task by selecting the in-line Description icon:

Then select the Add Link button:

You can paste the link and add an optional name before selecting the Add button to continue:

You can edit or remove a link through the Options Menu:

Select the Save button to finish editing that task:

You can expand the task's description to preview the Link by selecting the Description icon in-line with that task:

You can select Edit Task Details from the Task's menu to make changes:

Links will be included with the Task when a client is added to this Workflow. Select the Description icon in-line with that task to show and hide:
