Reminders on Workflow Tasks allow you to:
Plan which steps you'd like to get done immediately when a client is added to the workflow
Plan which steps you'd like to be reminded to get to overtime
You can set a reminder for any task in a workflow by navigating to Edit Workflow in a Workflow's menu:
There you can select the bell icon in-line with any task:
You can select whether the task reminder should trigger immediately or a specific time after a client is added to the workflow:
Select Add to save the reminder configuration for that task:
Now whenever a client is added to the workflow, a reminder will be scheduled to grab your attention for that task:
Task reminders can be previewed by hovering over the bell icon on the client tile:
All reminders can be viewed and managed from the Hub Feed along the right side of your Hub:
A workflow's progress bar will be green when no reminders are overdue or due today for tasks in that workflow. The progress bar will change to yellow when an upcoming task reminder is due within the next 24 hours, and red when a task reminder is overdue.
