Descriptions on Client Tasks allow you to:

  • Prepare for team growth by providing context on a specific task, detailing how it needs to be done, where to find supporting resources, and where the resulting work product should be stored

  • Provide templates that can easily be followed/filled in when working on this step for a client

You can add a Description to a Task by selecting the in-line Description icon:

Now you can write a description in the Task Details panels:

Select the Save button when you are finished editing:

You can expand the task's description to preview by selecting the Description icon in-line with that task:

You can select Edit Task Details from the Task's menu to make changes:

Task Descriptions will be included with the Task when a client is added to this Workflow. Select the Description icon in-line with that task to show and hide:

Quick Copy Function

You can store a template for your meeting notes as a description, which can be quickly pasted into a new comment during or after a client meeting or call.

Simply click on the copy button to automatically copy the template to your clipboard, then paste in comments.
