Responsibility Indicators on Client Tasks allow you to:

  • Helps you understand which tasks will hold up a workflow while you wait on the client to act

  • Keep your workflows on track by being able to plan your work and follow-up accordingly

You can configure the Responsibility Indicator under by Editing Task Details:

Here you can set the responsibility toggle and select the Save button:

You can expand the task's description to verify that the setting was saved by selecting the Description icon in-line with that task:

When a client is added to the workflow, the client's name will be shown in-line with the task to make it easy to spot at a glance:
