Reassigning tasks to other users allows you to:

  • Change tasks for a user who is taking on new responsibilities

  • Have users cover for each other when one is out of office

  • Quickly reassign all tasks when preparing for someone to be away for an extended period, such as for parental leave.

In Hubly, administrators can bulk reassign Workflow Template and Client Workflow tasks to another user. In the Hub Settings section, selecting the three dots to the right of a user’s name will open a menu where you can select Reassign Tasks:

A window will appear asking which user you’d like to assign the tasks to. By default, “Unassigned” will be selected, but you can assign the user's tasks to any other user in your Hub:

When you select Finish, the Workflow Template and Client Workflows tasks will be reassigned based on your selection:

If you’d like to replace a user in your Hub altogether as well as reassign their tasks, refer to the Replace Users in Your Hub page.
