The Insight Dashboards Forms Report helps your firm view the data in a Client Form Field for an even more customized look at the results of your client servicing.

Your firm can use the Forms Report to, for example, track the actual amount of money that came in out of our total opportunity size for sales pipeline reporting.

How to get started

If you've got Insight Dashboards enabled, click the "Insights" button in the top-right corner of your Hub, and you'll see a "Forms Report" at the bottom of the Dashboard list:

Once you click "Forms Report" you'll see a table/list view appear with Filters at the top, similar to our Task View Insight Dashboard.

This Dashboard shows you the following data related to your Form Fields and Field Values:

  • Client Workflow Name

  • Household Name

  • Client Name

  • Client Workflow Created Date

  • Task Title

  • Task Completed Date

You can Filter by any of the above categories in the Forms Report, plus Streams and Tags.

Use Cases

Let's say you want to use the Forms Report to track your sales pipeline: how much money has come in over a certain period of time, was that the full opportunity amount, or just a portion?

Your firm may employ a Workflow that tracks the total dollar amount of an opportunity, as well as, once the transfer has actually completed, the actual amount that came in once the transfer is all said and done. Here's what that may look like in a Workflow Template:

Using Forms, you can turn this data into actionable sales pipeline tracking. Filtering by a Client Workflow Name "Incoming Assets Pipeline" and Client Workflows created in the last 90 days, I can see Form Fields and the Field Values for each one of these tasks:

Filtering further, to Form Field = $$$ of opportunity, I see opportunity values of $50,000, $4,000, and $1,000,000, respectively:

If I then change the Form Field to "Amount actually received" and refresh, I'll see the values that actually came in to our firm, which are $10,000, $4,000, and $450,000, respectively:

We can quickly see that, for each one of these opportunities, 20% ($10,000/$50,000), 100% ($4,000/$4,000), and 45% ($450,000/$1,000,000) of the total opportunity value were captured. Now, you have a unique look into opportunity values and amount captured that may not even be possible to view with your custodian!

With our Insight Dashboards scheduled delivery and downloading functions, you could have these two views automatically sent to you in CSV format to help further your view into your sales opportunity pipeline.
